Seminar taught by experienced fine art and commercial photographer Bradley Lipton

Bradley Lipton was born in Toronto, Canada in 1966. Being passionate about travel and photography he has trekked through Israel, Europe and America photographing the architectural history presiding in the various cities.

In 1991 Bradley graduated from Ryerson University in Architectural Science and continued to capture wondrous structures both home and abroad.

The photographers art changed over the years as the physical distance between the lens of his camera and the subject began to grow closer. Images of shapes of buildings against the sky evolved to facades of geometric detail. The element of texture began to excite the artist as he began to photograph metal in its various stages of decay. At the same time, the purpose of his photography also changed, from outward examination of his world to inward contemplation, and finally to self-actualization.

I have always marveled at man-made structures, I see a humanistic quality in them. I can imagine the stories they could tell if they could breathe. I want to capture the evolving material as if they were organic. I am relating aging tales, I call my series of photographs Architectural Portraiture.
