Back for its fifth year, the David Suzuki Foundation’s Pizza in the Park series with Pizzeria Libretto has only one more date this summer: Thursday August 8! This time, we’ll be celebrating Blue Dot • Bleu Terre, the David Suzuki Foundation’s campaign for the right to a healthy environment.

Since October, over 100 federal Members of Parliament have signed the MP Pledge for Environmental Rights, showing their support for our legal right to fresh air, clean water, and safe food. The evening will include amazing live music from Toronto-based jazz band Precious Cargo, a performance from rising star and youth activist Eliseo Rodriguez, and more.

In addition to Toronto’s freshest Neapolitan pizzas ($7 for half a personal-sized pizza), the event will feature dishes from Banjara Fine Indian Cuisine ($7 for three veg items and rice), Greek pastries and freezies from Filosophy Pastry and Espresso Bar and cold pressed juices from Angie’s Juice. Plus free BBQ corn from realtor Alex Beauregard.

All proceeds support the David Suzuki Foundation’s work on environmental rights through the Blue Dot movement.
