The Pendance Film Festival is a showcase of 45 of the greatest films from across the globe, most of which are making their Canadian Premieres at Pendance after impressive festival runs throughout 2018.

Our festival is devoted to the art of cinema, and the cultivation of ideas and stories told through cinema. There are zero fillers. Every film we choose is innovative and worth watching. That's why there are no programming overlaps at Pendance.

We scouted Sundance, Cannes, KVIFF, Berlin, Tribeca, Venice, and watched over 700 submissions. We searched so you wouldn't have to.
