Pee Wee Herman lives an idylic life in the suburbs with his dog Speck. His favorite possession is his red bicycle. His bike is so cool that even his rich neighbor Francis envies him. One day while out doing a little shopping, Pee Wee is horrified to discover that his bike has been stolen. Unable to get much assistance from his friends or the police, Pee Wee turns to a psychic to find out where his bike is. Pee Wee embarks on a cross country trek to the basement of the Alamo to recover his bike and makes a host of new friends on the way including a waitress, a hobo, a convict, and motorcycle gang.
