The drinks reception starts at 7PM, with a complimentary welcome cocktail courtesy of Spirit of York, run by one of The Drake Hotel's spirited alumni. To eat, have some sushi to start by Michi Tanaka + passed bites by Renée Bellefeuille + Grant Parry, including a Chicken + Waffle Bite and Prosciutto with Grilled Pineapple.
