It is time to sharpen your skates and bring your family to this fun skating event. This is your unique opportunity to skate in the famous Maple Leaf Gardens, known today as the Mattamy Athletic Centre! Besides free skating, there will be hockey and figure skating drills, and even Santa will arrive from Finland and make an appearance on ice. There are also activities outside the ice rink including face painting and kids' bootcamp.

The event is part of centennial celebrations of Finland and it is organised by the Toronto Finnish Language School. To support the event a Maple Leafs star Leo Komarov has donated his hockey stick. It will be awarded among the ticket holders.
