The Creator Class and Canon Creator Lab present ON THE RISE, an intimate panel discussion with creators Rosanna Peng, Due Pinlac, Dani Reynolds, and Adam Madzryk moderated by writer Monica Heisey. Sharing their experience of levelling up as visual storytellers, they'll be focusing on the past 3-5 years of their careers - from building the right relationships to growing their technical expertise.

ABOUT THE CREATORS

ROSANNA PENG

Rosanna is an accomplished photographer, video director/editor moving her career from Toronto to Los Angeles, working on brands like J.Crew, New Balance and Hypebeast.

DUE PINLAC

Due made the move from Vancouver to Toronto to pursue his career as an editor. Over the years he has grown into an accomplished cinematographer and director as well. Due continues to thrive as a multi-disciplinary talent in the media space.

DANI REYNOLDS

Dani has an aesthetic that fits the time. As an art director, her work with collective Kastor & Pollux for her is a natural progression to showcase her innovative take on creative direction for everything from live art installations to still photography.

ADAM MADRZYK

Adam launched his professional career as a cinematographer while simultaneously finishing his college degree. Recently signed to Sesler Management agency, Adam has already completed his first feature film 'Guion'.

MONICA HEISEY

Monica is a writer and comedian from Toronto. She has written for shows like Baroness von Sketch and Schitts Creek and contributed as a writer/editor for Vice, Gawker, The New Yorker, The Globe & Mail and more.
