Join us on Thursday, September 8th for a 10-course omakase tasting menu at Hapa Izakaya. Omakase, literally translates into "I'll leave it up to you" and is Japan's answer to a tasting menu, except the chef gets to decide what to serve you. Hapa is Hawaiian slang for "a mix or blend of cultures."

Chef Takumi Saito will prepare a unique, off-menu 10-course feast using seasonal, fresh fish. We are also excited to announce that Metropolitan Wines & Spirits will be walking us through a "Sake 101" tasting including a flight of 3 sakes and a dessert sake.

Hapa Izakaya is located in the heart of Little Italy and is a local favorite for Asian-inspired cocktails, sake and izakaya bites. An izakaya is Japan's version of a gastropub, serving up beer and cocktail-friendly food. So join us and chef Takumi Saito for a night of yummy eats and drinks!
