NMNT Presents: Toronto Public Health & Noise
Are you tired of the banging of construction noise, the loud vanity noise from vehicles, the leaf blowers that descend on mass and the amplified sound that goes on until the early hours of the morning? You are not alone!
Many have asked, “Who protects Toronto residents from noise pollution?”
Join us for our virtual event on March 20th at 7pm when Toronto Public Health will share more about their role when it comes to noise in Toronto. They will also review what has been done to date and are interested to get your thoughts on how noise impacts you.
This is in advance of their report to the Toronto Board of Health on April 1st on their 2019 Noise Action Plan. This is a huge opportunity, for anyone who has their health impacted by noise, of any kind, to share their story and make a difference.
No More Noise Toronto (NMNT) is a data and process-oriented organization advocating for a better, more livable Toronto by reducing unnecessary noise. Check out our website at www.nomorenoisetoronto.com
