Icewine is one of our national treasures. Frozen grapes come off the vine and are crushed so that only the sweet nectar of the grape is collected to make wine. You may have come from far and wide to taste it, and there is no better time than during the Niagara Icewine Festival.

On this special tour we will pick you up in Toronto and take you to Niagara wine country where you will learn all about icewine production and the cool-climate grapes that thrive in our climate.

Each place we stop will have a special tasting of icewine accompanied with a specially-designed food pairing. We will also delve into the other fabulous wines of each vineyard with a tutored tasting. Lunch will be provided and enjoyed at one of the winery’s locally-sourced restaurants.
