Wednesday, October 4th marks National Taco Day, and for anyone who has ever been to the City of Angels, you know it’s a mecca for tacos. To celebrate the diverse culinary culture of L.A., Discover Los Angeles the city’s official destination marketing organization, is inviting Torontonians to celebrate in true L.A. style with a one-night-only taco-inspired event. Teaming up with famed L.A. taco genius Chef Wes Avila of Guerrilla Tacos and Toronto’s very own Matt Basile of Fidel Gastro’s at Lisa Marie restaurant on Queen West, Discover Los Angeles wants you to find out first-hand why L.A. is the ultimate taco-lovers destination! Lisa Marie will be transformed into a prime Los Angeles locale for the day, complete with immersive L.A.-inspired décor.
