Motor City Cat Club was formed in Oshawa in 1978 by five cat lovers. The purposes of the club are to promote the breeding and showing of purebred cats, to educate the public on the care of their feline pets, to promote the well-being of all cats in Durham Region, and to organize cat shows sanctioned by the Canadian Cat Association with whom we have been affiliated since its inception.
