This years' Monster Dash consists once again of a Spooky Mile, 5km & 10km run/walk. Bring your friends & family, walk your child down the Spooky Mile for some trick or treating and then finish with your own cheering squad at the end of your run!

Monster Dash is Toronto's first Halloween Run, and it takes place at night......naturally! It's both a fun and competitive run/walk event that also supports a fabulous NEW charity partner, the World Wildlife Fund WWF Canada. The 5-10km races are accurate and chip timed, you might see things along the route like the Cemetery of Dead Races and the Zombie Zone may cause you to slow down and take some pictures or speed up! This year's Route is still in development due to construction in and around Leaside but it will mostly be on paved, clean roads and uses both private and public property including neighbouring SunnyBrook Park.

Join in the Halloween theme and come "dressed for costume success" to win top Ghoul for a chance at additional prizing! The Spooky Mile will be restricted to participants who are 12 and under. Spooky Mile kids will receive finisher's ribbons, a swag bag and are welcome to join in on the post-run fun later in the evening!
