Meditation Class - 7 Factors of Awakening

These weekly meditation classes are an opportunity to join a committed group of students who value regular meditation sits in the middle of busy lives. These moments of silence and remembering to be mindful help ground the mind and remind it that there is more to life than the material and mundane world.
