Kick off your celebrations with a delicious prefixed menu featuring 2 courses of your choice.

1st course options:

Beef Carpaccio (Viet Style): Pho-inspired with bean sprouts, nuoc cham dressing, fresh basil, cilantro, pickled chili, and crispy garlic.

Salmon Crudo: Romesco, aquachile, smoked salt, radish, and fennel.

Tempura Mushroom: Nori salt and black garlic aioli.

2nd course options:

Braised Pork Belly: Salsa negro sauce, squash purée, and pickled onion.

Branzino (Sea Bass): Poblano emulsion, roasted spiced nuts, cioppino-style broth, fingerling fondant, and negi.

Roasted Romanesco: Garlic thum, pomegranate molasses, chermoula, pickled chili, and date purée.

Bavette (Beef and Broccoli): Marinated 8 oz Bavette, chili garlic gai lan, and black bean ginger scallion sauce.
