In this one of a kind event, Masai Ujiri (President, Toronto Raptors) and Teresa Resch (VP Basketball Operations, Toronto Raptors) discuss how their organization has approached diversity and how that has spurred innovation in their workplace.

The sports industry has long been considered an old boys club, but with eleven women in front-office roles—the largest number in the NBA—Masai and Teresa are leading by example and changing the way leadership is approached in sports. This deep-dive into the sports industry is moderated by Marci Ien (Co-anchor, CTV’s The Social), joining us as our host for the evening.
