Each class includes the following:

– 3hr class

– Theory of the macaron

– Full demonstration by instructor

– Students work in pairs to make their own macarons after demonstration

– Packet of original recipes (macaron shells + filling recipes)

– Participants take home their own macarons made in class (approximately 20-25)
