Unfortunately the Tranzac is not fully accessible. The bulk of event programming will take place on the ground level where non-binary washrooms (feat. accessible stalls) are located, but there is a flight of stairs up to some programming on the second floor.

Long Winter is an anti-oppressive, harassment-free zone. Any conduct that is known, or ought to be known, to cause offence or humiliation, and may include persistent unwanted attention and deliberate infringement of personal space, hate speech, violence, predatory and otherwise oppressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Organizers will be roaming the event throughout the night, and naloxone kits will be on site. Organizers will be wearing glowsticks.
