Tickets start at $18.94, on sale now.
Brian King and David Prowse formed JAPANDROIDS in 2006, promoting their own DIY shows and self-releasing two EPs later becoming 2010's No Singles.
Since then their albums Post-Nothing 2009, Celebration Rock 2012 and the new release Near To The Wild Heart Of Life 2017 have earned international acclaim, a JUNO-Award nomination, spot on the Polaris Music Prize long list, best of lists and a Band of The Year nod from Spin. They have played countless shows and toured 40 countries. Known for their energetic gigs and relentless touring schedule we are thrilled that JAPANDROIDS will be performing as part of the Live at Massey Hall Film and Concert Series.
Cloud Nothings join the bill, bringing their live show back to Toronto after a festival favourite performance as part of Field Trip 2017. Supporting their fourth studio release Life Without Sound, which Alternative Press praised: "they sound bolder than ever, achieving a new peak...rife with memorable hooks and earworms - and the substance to make them meaningful"
