Lechon Fest Canada LFC is a pioneer caravan festival which aims to preserve and promote the diverse Philippine cuisine & culinary heritage. It is evident that the Philippine Gastronomy is global phenomenon. There is strong need and responsibility to continue to encourage our Filipino-Canadians to learn more about, cultivate and honor our rich culinary traditions as a strong pillar of our national cultural identity.
