Know Your Support System
Knowing who is around us and the type of help they can provide will support our mental wellness and self-care. Join us for this workshop to map out the different types of relationships and support groups you have in your life. Whether it’s motivational, recreational, practical, emotional, guidance or problem solving, we all need support to thrive.
If you cannot afford a ticket, we are offering one (1) Community Ticket per each event. The Community Ticket is complimentary and are given on a first come-first serve basis. Please fill out this form (https://bit.ly/2PHbVn3) to apply.
