Kimchi-making Demonstration by Korea's No.1 Grand Master of Kimchi
Soon-ja Kim is the No.1 and the first Kimchi Grand Master from Korea who has devoted 30 years of her life to developing, innovating and promoting Kimchi, Korea's most famous delicacy. On April 15, Mrs. Kim will come to Galleria Supermarket at York Mills/Don Mills to demonstrate her superb skills and exquisite artistry in Kimchi-making. The event is open to all media and customers, you will have the chance to gather, watch, learn and taste the kimchi made by Mrs. Kim.
