The Sake Institute of Ontario is proud to announce the return of Canada’s biggest sake festival, Kampai. The event will showcase an exciting range of over 175 Sakes from more than 30 Sake breweries. Kampai will feature culinary dishes from Japan and beyond by Toronto’s top chefs and restaurants.

We’re thrilled to be back hosting the 7th Annual Kampai Toronto in the picturesque Distillery District in Downtown Toronto, but we’ve made some format changes in response to greater demand and to ensure the best event experience for all of our guests and vendors. Most notably, Kampai Toronto 2018 will for the first time offer two distinct evening Consumer sessions, each giving guests access to the fantastic lineup of 175+ sakes and excellent food offerings from our wide range of Culinary Partners, many who are brand new to Kampai this year!

The Outdoor Market will be fully-licensed this year, and is expanding along the historic Gristmill Lane, as well as in front of the venue. The Market will be complete with a ‘Biiru Garden’, music, culture, and crafts focused around Japan’s exciting sake culture. And new for 2018, Premium and VIP Guests can expand their Kampai experience by partaking in supplemental Tasting Seminars that will tie together Sake and food culture, featuring Chef Demos and Guided Tastings with Sake Experts.
