Natsu Matsuri and Obon Festival – Featuring Tanabata celebrations!

The JCCC would like to invite everyone to come out on our Annual Natsu Matsuri (3:30 – 7 pm) and Obon (7 – 9:30) Festival. Please join us for a lively festival atmosphere with children’s games, vendors, great food (including our famous Somen Bar and our Beer Garden) and spectacular performances.

Once again we will also be including Tanabata at this event. Visitors to the festival will be able to participate in activities such as a special Wishing Tree, and there will be more Tanabata activities for children, too.

Many community organizations come together to make this a unique event. Weather permitting the event will take place outside in the parking lot, or else it will take place indoors.

We look forward to the 17th year of this exciting JCCC and Community tradition. We hope to see lots of new and familiar faces. Mark your calendars now!

第17回夏祭り＆盆踊り – 七夕を祝おう！

午後3時半から午後9時半まで恒例の夏祭り＆盆踊りが開催されます。ゲームやそうめんバー、屋台の食べ物に加え、様々なパフォーマンスなど活気溢れるお祭りです。又、7月7日をちなんで、色とりどりの吹流しが風になびき、笹には個々の願いを書いた短冊を飾り、七夕の雰囲気を味わっていただきます。夕涼みにはビアガーデンで冷たいビールを一杯。たまりません。仏教会主催の毎年恒例盆踊りは午後7時からスタート！沢山のコミュニティグループが集まるユニークな行事となるよう現在企画中です。

今年で17周年を迎えるこの夏祭りは、JCCC駐車場と館内で行われます。(雨天の場合は館内のみ。)　入場料は無料です。今からカレンダーに印をつけ、ご家族、お友達をお誘いあわせの上、是非ご来場下さい!
