INTRO TO CALMING BREATH + MINDFUL MEDITATION MONTHLY CLASS
Join Master Guides as they integrate psychology, philosophy, spirituality, body awareness and personal experience with well-researched mindfulness and meditation practices. This hour class will assist you in beginning your journey toward greater health, balance and personal growth.
We will be reviewing Intro to Mindfulness components (Self/Breath awareness, Being in the moment, Reducing anxiety, calming the mind, and, body scan). We will facilitate experiential meditation followed by a conclusion and opportunity to share. Come out and learn about the many benefits of meditation and how it can help improve your physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. *You may choose to bring your own mat/pillow to optimize comfort.
Feel free to invite friends and family to attend the workshop. Even if you've never been before this will be a great opportunity to learn more about meditation and regain mental and physical health..
