Inner Authority: A One-Day Retreat
A One Day Urban Retreat | Sat 25 August | 10:00a-5:30p
About the Retreat
Find Your Inner Authority during a one-day women's retreat in the woods, just outside of Toronto!
This inclusive, experiential retreat is designed with healing and growth in mind - YOU have all of the inner authority and power that you need, and you also hold the key to unlocking it. It's time to become who you have been dreaming of: a person who is living their life on purpose, on their own terms. Make magical summer memories and be home before dark!
Schedule
The day will consist of four sessions, lunch and one break. Each session will include facilitation and experiential activities, as well as time to debrief your experiences and ask questions. There will be time to relax and be with yourself silently, as well.
10:00 - 10:30 am | Opening Ceremony - My own terms: burn your old fears, thoughts, and habits.
10:30 - 12:00 pm | Bathe - Let your desires integrate and land in nature - experience forest bathing, a clothes-on journey through the wilderness, guided by an expert practitioner who will lead the way, teaching you how to use nature to tap into your inner authority.
12:00 - 1:00 pm | Nourish - Enjoy a meal communally and practice acknowledgment, community, and togetherness. Vegetarian catering will be on the menu.
1:00 - 2:30 pm | Shift - Dive deeply into what is holding you back from embracing your inner authority and capacity to lead. This experiential training will allow you to move past your negative inner voices and get to the heart of your leadership potential. Get coaching and training on how to move yourself through this pattern, and replace old patterns with new, more helpful ones.
3:00 - 4:00 pm | Decide - Taking power over your desires, goals and clearing space in your mind. Make a powerful plan of action to take with you into the last few months of 2018 to move your vision and goals forward, with steps that feel easy and fun. Design your world according to your goals, learn a repeatable framework to do this.
4:00 - 5:30 pm | Integrate & Celebrate- Get accountability on what your inner authority looks like moving forward and decide how to carry this new self forward into the world. A special event will take place to close the day, release what is left of our blocks, and celebrate our progress as women, as humans, and as leaders.
What do I get?
Finally let go of negative thought patterns, habits and actions that are holding you back, by physically releasing them.
Learn about your personal connection to the outdoors, and spend time enjoying the benefits that retreating into nature will bring you (sense of calm, lowered stress, relaxation, stillness.)
Better understand how your leadership shows up as both positive potential and a challenging force. Know what kind of leader you are, what kind of communication works for you, and how to move past your "big rocks" - the mental conversation that holds us back, daily.
Gain confidence in addressing challenging aspects of your life, acting as a leader in those situations and turning them into learning experiences.
Generate more calm, concentration and joyful energy. Leave with a feeling of bliss, wild abandon, and renewed purpose. Yum!
