Holiday Heroes Event at Vaughan Mills

Vaughan Mills invites the community to give back this holiday season at the Holiday Heroes Toy Drive, a collaborative initiative with the York Regional Police. Mall visitors can become a holiday hero and give back to those who need it most this holiday season by donating various essential items, including, new toys, new children's clothing, diapers, formula, non-perishable food items, gift cards and cash. These contributions will be distributed through the Salvation Army to support individuals and families in need within the York Region.

Holiday Heroes Kick Off Event:

To mark the commencement of this year's campaign, Vaughan Mills will be hosting an opening day kick-off event on Monday, November 13th from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in their Event Court. Attendees can look forward to festive music performances from Arcadia Music, giveaways and to hear from; Deputy Chief Al Almeida, Jim MacSween, Chief of York Regional Police and Tim and Krista Andrews of The Salvation Army. The York Regional Police Superhero’s will also be in attendance for the family to enjoy.

Santa’s Tiny Big Town:

For more holiday cheer, Vaughan Mills will also be hosting its highly anticipated, traditional Santa’s Tiny Big Town in the Event Court. Families can immerse themselves in the magic of the season with one-on-one time with Santa, interactive displays, festive activities and support an important cause. Photo packages are offered and can be booked online with 100% of the proceeds being donated to support Sick Kids hospital.
