Join us as we Pickle the Summer's Harvest on September 13th with a harvest table dinner featuring the duo behind Well Preserved, Chef's Dana Harrison and Joel MacCharles and our guest winery Rosewood! Together with the Gladstone's Chef de Cuisine, Rudy Boquila and Sous Chef Anne Novo, the chefs and local food advocates will be incorporating seasonal produce picked just the day before from Chick-a-biddy Acres C.S.A. and other Ontario producer partners.
