What is Harvest Wednesdays?
Our beloved Harvest Wednesday is back by popular demand! The Gladstone Hotel invites Toronto’s urbanites to experience our food philosophy through a series of Harvest Table Dinners inspired by and harvested in the natural rhythm of Ontario’s growing season. We will be teaming up with our favourite local chefs for a unique and inspired dinner. The night includes live music, inspiring talks, 2 glasses of local wine and a harvest table meal to remember.
What is Community Shared Agriculture (C.S.A.)
Community Shared Agriculture allows city residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers. When you become a member of a CSA, you're purchasing a “share” of vegetables from a regional farmer. It is a relationship of shared bounty and shared risk.
