* 8:00-9:30am: Check-in and Registration in unit #118 + Continental breakfast and networking in the 2nd floor auditorium

* At registration, receive a totebag, name tag (indicates your ticket type), and Event Guide with Contest Map

* 9:30-11:30am: GTApreneurs, Improve Canada BOD, and Featured Speakers presentations + Gold level sponsor introductions

* 11:30am-12:00pm: Networking in the auditorium

* 12:00-6:00pm: Trade show on main floor

* 1:00-3:00pm: Lunch served for VIPs (2nd floor auditorium)

VIP Ticket: $49 in advance or $59 on event day

Tradeshow Ticket:

To make sure you don’t miss out on meeting any of the vendors, we will give you a special GTAbizX Contest Map that includes the names of all vendors. When you visit a vendor they will place a sticker on your map to indicate that you visited them.

GTAbizX Map Contest Details:

As we expect 170+ vendors, and time is limited, we will have prizes for partially filled Maps in certain patterns as well as bigger prizes for full Maps completed.

* 3:45pm: Hand in partial Maps for contest (Map will be returned afterwards)

* 4:00pm: Partial Map winners winners announced, prizes awarded

* 5:30pm: Hand in fully completed Map for contest

* 5:45pm: Full Map winners announced and prizes awarded (Map will be returned afterwards)
