Grow Op Clothing Swap
On the Saturday of the Gladstones Grow Op exhibition on Urbanism, Landscape and Contemporary Art, swap your gently used clothing and accessories for some sweet new finds. Clothing swaps are a great way to downsize your closet and give life to pre-loved items by shopping sustainably in an eco-friendly and socially conscious way. Bring your friends, grab a drink in the caf and feel good about what you buy. Any clothes left over will be donated to Sistering: A Woman's Place.
Swapping Guidelines
For each item you bring, you will be given 1 ticket. For example, 15 items equal 15 tickets. Each item has equal value. Use your tickets to buy new things, well, not new but new to you.
Maximum 25 items to swap per person.
All items must be clean, gently used and functional.
There is no cover to get in. If you did not bring anything to swap, dont worry you can still participate. Each item in the swap can be purchased for $1.00. All left over items will be donated to charity.
Participants of the clothing swap will get $5 admittance $5 off to Grow Op on the 2nd floor Gallery!
We recommend dropping off clothing between 10am-11am. The swap will official begin at 11am. You can also come in and drop off clothes throughout the day.
