Grand Opening of Tea Base!

You are invited to come celebrate the grand opening of Tea Base ♥ ♥

After two months of renovations, we are finally ready to reveal our brand new space to everyone (the cover photo of us in front of the shop is BEFORE the renovations).

We are trying to source our cups for Tea Base from the communi-tea (get it?).. so as our "house warming" gift, we ask that you donate a mug! New or used as long as it's not chipped. We will be providing tea to anyone who donates a mug.

If you can't make it but want to donate a mug, our grand opening is all week long so you can drop by and say hi to us ~ Friendly reminder that Tea Base is in the basement, behind the stage.

Thursday, Jan 17 // 12:00 - 5:00pm //
Friday, Jan 18 // 1:00 - 8:00pm // Asian Artist Tea Party III: What are your Stories? will be from 5:00 - 8:00pm
Saturday Jan 19 // CLOSED //
Sunday, Jan 20 // 11:00am - 5:00pm //

During our grand opening week we will be selling ~ exCLuSiVe ~ PWYC ($5 or more) fans for you to decorate at our arts & crafts table. All proceeds will be going to the shop (duh lol)

Tea Base is a cozy community arts space tucked away in the heart of Chinatown Centre. Driven by the need for accessible and inclusive spaces for artists and young professionals, we are a place for sharing; all in-between sips of tea.

We host cultural programming, workshops, and events; as well as teas curated by local sommeliers, and a collection of writing and art from the East and South-East Asian diaspora.

If you have an idea, we have the space!
