On September 22, join the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema as it launches the new Bloor Takeover series where a prominent writer, artist, or personality takes over Bloor programming for a night, letting their imagination run wild.

For our first event, journalist and award-winning author David Sax (The Tastemakers) indulges two of his passions—food and stoner comedies. After David and a group of food obsessed pals share foggy tales about their favourite films and midnight munchies, we’ll screen the classic comedy HAROLD AND KUMAR GO TO WHITE CASTLE. Following the film, Chef Anthony Rose will serve up the perfect greasy little burger.
