Afrim Pristine, Canada’s only Maitre Fromager, will also be featuring some of his favourite beer and cheese pairings.

And on the subject of beer, all our limited edition Brewhouse and classic variants will be available on tap – Bourbon County Stout 2017, Lolita 2017, Mature Situations, Kaiser Geyser, and more.

We’ll be kicking off the party with a dunk tank – have a turn dunking our brewers, Marc and Bern.
