Goddess Flow - Heal Through Movement
Goddess Flow is a 60 minute gentle movement practice inspired by breath work, yoga, and dance.
Goddess Flow will leave you feeling super connected to your body and its inner wisdom, more open and connected at the heart, and you’ll learn a few moves that you can do every day to help move energy and emotions through the body.
We will complete our movement practice with a 20 minute guided meditation, followed by a 45 minute circle where we will connect, share and heal together.
Bring your yoga mat, some water, and your journal and get ready to connect, shift and feel free.

Goddess Flow was created with the vision that we could create a safe and sacred space in the city where women could come together to connect to themselves and others through movement, meditation, and reflection.
Our time together is about slowing down, nurturing ourselves, and supporting each other in a non-judgemental space.
