The Funny Gurl pageant returns to Toronto on Thursday August 17th in its new home, Comedy Bar Danforth. Established in 2019 by host and producer, Viza DeCline, Funny Gurl is an evening celebrating drag comedy excellence and the only drag pageant in Toronto where a sense of humour takes top marks!

Hosted by Viza DeCline, featuring co-host and the stepdown of 2019 winner, BOA (Canada’s Drag Race Season 1)

Watch as contestants compete in four categories: Presentation (stand up), Talent, Comedic Evening Wear, Q&A (Improv). Contestants will be marked each round by our panel of comedian judges.

Cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place.
