This 4-part workshop series will provide a safe and confidential space where you will receive support with personal goals, and learn ways to self-regulate and strengthen the mind/body connection.

Whether you're hitting roadblocks along the way, or are gearing up to begin and want help following through, you will have the opportunity to take part in guided group discussions and experience the benefits of various somatic-based practices to help you make positive choices towards your goals.

This workshop is designed to help women:

- Take positive steps towards one (1) or two (2) personal goals

- Increase motivation, self-resilience and positive self-talk

- Reduce frustration, anger, self-doubt, self-sabotaging behaviour

- Cultivate mind/body awareness to help achieve personal wins

- Incorporate new tools and strategies with mental health benefits

What to Expect:

- Small Group Sharing Circle & Guided Discussions facilitated by a licensed counsellor

- Reduce stress, soothe agitation and foster your mind/body connection with grounding somatic practices including:

- Sound Therapy & Sound Baths

- Gentle Movement Practices (Essentrics, Pilates, Body Conditioning)

- Breathwork & Somatic Meditation

- Vocal Toning

- Holistic Nutrition Advice

- Take-home tools and resources
