Freediving Breath Hold Workshop
Learn to hold your breath longer than you ever imagined in this introductory workshop led by PADI Freedive instructor, Mike Moleski. You will learn the same breathe up technique that freedivers use to disappear beneath the waves for minutes at a time. No previous experience required. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and your lungs. $2 mat rentals available.
It’s best not to eat for at least 2 hours before the workshop and if possible, avoid caffeine throughout the day and stay well hydrated.
This event will be hosted by Toronto Island Freediving and will take place at Kula Yoga in the Annex.
