Feeling the need to shift something in your life—whether it’s energy, emotions, or a creative block? In this workshop, you’ll explore the layers through the transformative art of Story Sticks.

Story Sticks are a creative tool that invites you to express your emotions and intentions through colorful textiles and tactile engagement. By wrapping yarn and materials around sticks, each thread becomes a representation of your journey, helping you to reflect and transform.

During the workshop, you’ll create two Story Sticks:

One that symbolizes the flow you wish to invite into your life.

Another to identify and release what’s holding you back.

As you create this second stick, only the block you're ready to let go of will arise, guided by the intention you set at the start.

This process is about connecting with yourself, finding clarity, and enjoying a supportive, meditative experience. No prior art experience is needed.

When: Friday, October 4th, 6:00 - 9:30 PM. Starting with a potluck (optional) ; Workshop starts at 7:00.

Fee: $35 (All materials included)
