FREE Stretch & Breathe Drop-in

Drop in for FREE on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am – 11:50 am. We follow a 50 minute DVD, with mild chair exercises related to Tai-Chi, Chi Gung and Chinese Yoga. Afterwards, there is an optional 5-10 minute meditation practice. Stretch & Breathe is limited to nine participants due to room size, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis in the 2nd Floor, Media Room. Must be aged 50+.
