Free Pound Rockout Workout Class

The Pound Rockout workout combines easy to follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone.

Due to high demand, I will be hosting 2, women-only, free demo classes on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Each class will be a total of 25-minutes long.

To save a spot, please contact me by Friday, March 10, 2017. A maximum of 15 ladies will be allowed in each demo class. Limited spots are available.
