Designed to get you moving and enjoying our park, these Tuesday fitness classes are offered free of charge thanks to Friends of St James Park and your local business community, represented by Old Town Toronto's BIA.
🏋️ BOOT CAMP
📆 Tuesdays - July 5th, 12th & 19th at 6pm.
Meet near the pavilion for a Boot Camp class led by Matthew Zasidko, in partnership with Placemade. All levels welcome. Arrive 15 mins early to sign in.
💃 NIA DANCE
📆 Tuesdays - July 26th, August 2nd & 9th at 6pm.
Meet near the pavilion for a Nia Dance class led by Martha Randall of Nia with Martha. All levels welcome. Arrive 15 mins early to sign in.
YOGA
📆 Tuesdays- August 16th, 23rd & 30th at 6pm.
Meet near the pavilion for a yoga class led by Trisha Curling of Ani O Yoga, in partnership with Placemade. All levels welcome. Arrive 15 mins early to sign in.
