Born and raised in N.D.G. an area rich in culture in the heart of Montreal Canada, Maysr bought his first set of Technics 1200s and a mixer in 1994. At the time, his passion for both hip hop and dancehall culture was in full bloom so his musical selection was only natural. Fast forward to the present, Maysr has made his mark in Montreal as a top notch selector specializing in all forms of jamaican music but can still throw down a dirty hip hop set if need be and can easily adapt to a crowd in order to keep the dance floor packed. As far as reggae is concerned Maysr is known as a juggling selector but he has a heavy arsenal of dubplates that would make some clash selectors jaws drop.All Reggae All Night
