Film For Freedom
We invite you to the Toronto premiere screening of Film For Freedom — 10 short films by Syrian women, sharing stories in their own voices.
This feminist and collaborative media project brought together ten Syrian women living in Lebanon to participate in filmmaking workshops, where they created short films using mobile phones. This was their first experience with filmmaking.
