Fall Harvest Cooking Class
The crisp days of autumn are here, and after a warm summer it's time to prepare for more entertaining and holiday fun in the kitchen! From savoury squash to freshly-picked apples, you will explore some of the healthiest and most flavourful local produce during this October cooking class.
Instructor Monique Creary will lead participants in creating three great dishes:
- Butternut Squash + Sweet Potato Soup [with Parmesan Crisps]
- Pumpkin Bread [with maple-Cream Cheese Filling]
- Healthy Date Caramel Apples
We will be making everything from scratch and there will be time at the end of class to enjoy the meal everyone helps create. Monique will also provide recipe sheets so that you can practice rea-creating these tasty dishes at home.
