About the Event:
Join Veronica for a two hour expressive arts workshop. She will guide the group through theme(s) introduction, sound healing, contemplative movement (meditation and breathwork), technique demonstration, creative process, group discussions (sharing circle) and take-home recommendation(s).
What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive Arts therapy is an integrated, multimodal approach that uses various methods including (but not limited to) writing, music, visual art, drama, photography, movement, storytelling, role-playing, dance, music, meditation and mindfulness to help individuals attain personal growth and healing.
