Etobicoke Centennial Choir Open Rehearsal
Entering its 52nd season, the Etobicoke Centennial Choir (ECC) continues to enrich the cultural life of the community through the performance of diverse high-calibre vocal music. The choir provides a musical home for people who share a passion for the joy of ensemble singing and sharing the beauty and excitement of choral music with others. The ECC offers amateur singers the opportunity to work with professional musicians to learn and perform a wide variety of music, ranging from classical masterpieces to contemporary compositions and popular music. The ECC welcomes new singers in all sections for the upcoming season. Interested singers are invited to attend an open rehearsal on Tuesday, Sep 11, 2018 from 7:30-10:00 pm at Humber Valley United Church, 76 Anglesey Blvd., Etobicoke. Participants will have the opportunity to sing with the choir during a typical rehearsal, meet the conductor and choristers and explore what the choir offers. The choir also welcomes non-singing associate members and volunteers. Music Director Henry Renglich has once again programmed a season of diverse, exceptional choral music.
