Joanne will guide you through mastering techniques with different icing consistencies including outlining, flooding and piping details. You'll get to decorate 8 cookies (including an assortment of flamingos, cactus, and other fun summer themed designs), plus take home recipes for the sugar cookies and royal icing. About the Facilitator:

Joanne Lu is a Graphic Designer by day, and Baker by night specialized in creating fun and cute sugar cookies! She runs the popular IG account @burberriejam, where she shares her creations and love for baking with her community. Joanne began her baking journey over 7 years ago, where she was able to combine her love of art with her love of baking. She started off creating cookies for weddings, corporate events and IG collaborations with various companies. She now develops dessert recipes for Disney, where an audience of all ages can learn how to make delicious DIY treats.
