Hey folks! Wild Ones Wilderness is going on another hike on Saturday November 16th. Where we are meeting is at Finch Subway Station at 12:00pm and we will be taking the 53 bus to the trail head at Leslie and Steeles. We will be hiking along the Don River. With the changing of the seasons it should prove to be a great hike!

We teach wild edible and medicinal plants, flora and fauna identification, wilderness survival tips, trail etiquette, biodiversity and ecological impact, local and aboriginal history(where applies), and much more!

THINGS TO CONSIDER:

-We suggest to bring sturdy footwear.

-Bring water (or other hydration - hot drinks may help)

-We suggest to bring a snack or small lunch

-A warm coat and layers is suggested

-We go out RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE

-PLEASE call ahead to confirm with us to avoid confusion

-If you plan to bring children PLEASE call ahead and let us know (also children younger than 12 are too young to join us)
