Drawing the Line: Creating Healthy Boundaries
Drawing the Line is an art therapy workshop series that was designed to empower participants to draw healthy boundaries for themselves and others in order to create healthy relationships. Through art therapy and mindfulness practices, this workshop will guide participants to examine their current boundaries and adjust these in a way that betters suits their needs and how to assert these boundaries with others. The intentions of this workshop are: to identify current boundaries with self and others, to create boundaries that fit your current needs/values, and to practice asserting your boundaries with others in a safe and supportive environment.
